Parents, Coaches, educators, instructors
The CARE Society is a supportive global online learning community with in-person student cohorts. We are setting a model for project-based alternative education within the CARE Framework.
CAREvolution aims to transform our entire paradigm of education and learning itself, with completely new systems through the CARE Mission Project.

Tara
Oakes
Holds a degree in English Literature and History
Tara Oakes is British, AND has popped more wheelies than you! Unless you're also a wheelchair user, in which case, cue the battle music.
She went through a hybrid education system - starting in public school, then being home educated, then a proactive "unschooling", then university. So having experienced so many options, she feels capable of guiding others through them!
She loves mythology, history, and video games, and is excited to spark those passions in students. Tara also aims to restore a little bit of faith and understanding of our ancestors, rather than taking them down like much of modern society tells us is a good thing to do.

Aquinas
Heard
An entrepreneur passionate about youth development. Owned Modern Gymnastics from 1997-2017, served over 11,000 kids and teens during that period
In 2001, he founded Aquinas Academy of Reason, where students impressively progressed 3-4 grade levels in core academic subjects during the school's two-year existence. He continued his educational work by teaching online gymnastics classes at Outschool from 2019-2021, earning perfect 5-star reviews, and later taught a "How to Start a Business" class with Socratic Experience from 2022-2025.
Additionally, Aquinas founded two social networking sites—Movies Come True and Particled—and previously operated as a real estate company franchisee. Throughout his diverse professional endeavors, he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to working with young people and supporting their personal and educational growth.

Jedd
Owens
A resident of the UK with a master's degree in biological sciences
Jedd has had a traditional public school experience that didn't leave the best impression on him. Because of that, he's really excited to find creative ways to inspire students' spirits and passions outside of the usual classroom setting.
He also enjoys exploring ideas, nature, history, folklore, and theology. Additionally, he's passionate about self-improvement, building confidence, and fostering welcoming environments for open and honest conversations.
Together with his fiancée, Tara, they run the lively Tedd learning pod, a warm and inviting place dedicated to curious minds. Their goal is to encourage open discussions, nurture interests, passions, and confidence in everyone who joins.
